At HipKids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we are here to make the exchange process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
